Illustrated Landing Pages at Scale
Designed and illustrated over 15 unique landing page experiences used throughout the campaign.
Each page introduced new environments, features, or campaign mechanics while maintaining a consistent visual language across the Blast Off universe. This included a customizable breakroom/cabin page, where users could personalize their own space within the world.
To support rapid rollout, I built a modular illustration system that allowed for fast iteration of environments, props, UI elements, and promotional assets.

COLLECTIBLES SYSTEM
Bobblenauts: Digital Collectible Characters
Bobblenauts were collectible sci-fi bobblehead characters users could unlock through in-game crates and campaign rewards.
I designed a scalable collectible system featuring unique characters, accessories, rarity variations, and interactive animations. Each collectible was integrated into the broader Blast Off ecosystem as both a reward mechanic and character-building tool.
The experience was presented through an in-world vending machine character, Vendi3000, which acted as the main collectible dispenser.

A Character-Driven Web3 Experience
Project Blast Off was built as an evolving sci-fi campaign where users progressed through missions, unlocked collectibles, explored interactive landing pages, and engaged with weekly content drops.
As Lead Illustrator, I helped define the project’s visual identity across its ecosystem—from character design and worldbuilding to web illustrations, collectibles, email animations, and campaign assets.

Weekly Animated Email Campaigns
Weekly Animated Email Campaigns
Produced a weekly series of animated email drops centered around crate arrivals, notifying users when new rewards were available to unlock.
Each animation reinforced the campaign loop—encouraging users to open crates, earn more Zaps, and progress through the system.
Zaps functioned as the core currency, used to unlock rewards ranging from NFTs and airdrops to physical merch, laptops, and even a Toyota Supra.
The goal was to keep users engaged through a consistent reward cycle, using high-frequency visual content to drive anticipation and repeat interaction.

Interactive Space Progression Map
I designed a large-scale visual mission map that guided users through the campaign universe.
The map featured over 30 unique planets, each tied to missions, rewards, and progression milestones.
Every planet included custom iconography, environmental design, and narrative flavor to reinforce the feeling of exploring a living sci-fi universe.

NARRATIVE CONTENT
Character Storytelling & Mission Banners
Created a library of illustrated mission banners featuring campaign characters in humorous, narrative-driven scenarios. These visuals helped communicate updates, highlight new missions, and reinforce the personalities within the Blast Off universe.
By placing characters in recurring situations and themed environments, the campaign maintained a stronger sense of continuity and worldbuilding.

Building a Scalable Sci-Fi Ecosystem
As Lead Illustrator on Project Blast Off, I helped shape the visual identity of a large-scale campaign spanning characters, collectibles, environments, interactive pages, animation systems, and narrative content.
The project required balancing high output, fast iteration, and system-level consistency across an expanding library of assets.
The result was a cohesive, scalable world that supported continuous content drops and ongoing user engagement.
